寒假即将到来，为提高大家的安全防范意识和能力，现将相关安全注意事项提示如下，请仔细阅读学习。
As winter break approaches, please carefully read and learn the following safety tips to increase your safety awareness and preparedness.
1.重点强调消防安全。冬季为用火用电高峰期，为避免此类灾难再次发生，现对银河游戏国际网站学生做出以下安全提示：
1.Emphasis on fire safety. Winter is the peak season for using fire and electricity, so in order to avoid this kind of disaster from happening again, we are making the following safety tips for the students of the College of International Education:
（1）注意安全用火用电，不要乱扔烟头和其他火种。
（2）不要乱接电线、不要超负荷使用电器。
（3）对于老化、破损的电路、电器要及时与老师沟通汇报。
（4）不要在宿舍存放易燃易爆物品。
（5）多学习消防安全知识、提升自身扑火、灭火以及逃生能力。
（6）随手关火、关气、不要在楼道堆放杂物。
(1) Pay attention to the safe use of fire and electricity, do not throw cigarettes and other fires.
(2) Don't connect wires or overload electrical appliances.
(3) Communicate and report to the teacher about the aging and broken circuits and electrical appliances.
(4) Don't store flammable and explosive materials in the dormitory.
(5) Learn more about fire safety and improve your ability to fight, extinguish and escape from fire.
(6) Turn off the fire and gas, and don't pile up debris in the hallway.
2.加强人身安全防范。认真学习安全知识，提高安全防范技能。严防煤气中毒、意外溺水、踩踏、火灾、烟花爆竹等各类安全事故。自觉遵守交通法规，不无证驾驶机动车，不酒后驾驶机动车，不驾驶无牌无证机动车。
2. Strengthen personal safety precautions: Acquire safety knowledge and enhance safety skills. Stay vigilant against safety incidents such as gas poisoning, accidental drowning, stampedes, fires, and fireworks accidents. Strictly obey traffic rules, and avoid driving without a license, drunk driving, and driving unregistered vehicles.
3.提升网络安全意识。不沉迷网络和电子游戏，对不熟悉的网络游戏、直播、QQ群、微信群、贴吧不接触不参与；理性表达观点，不造谣不信谣不传谣；增强金融风险防范意识，不参与网络不良借贷。警惕各类电信网络诈骗，不点击未知链接，不轻信陌生来电，不透漏个人信息，遇到转账汇款要多核实，发现有问题及时报警。
3. Enhance cybersecurity awareness: Avoid addiction to online and video games, stay away from unfamiliar online games, live streams, QQ groups, WeChat groups, and forums; express your opinions responsibly, avoiding starting, spreading, or believing in rumors; enhance your awareness of financial risks, and steer clear of dubious online lending. Stay vigilant against various forms of telecommunication and internet fraud. Do not click on unknown links, be skeptical of unfamiliar calls, refrain from disclosing personal information, and always double-check before making money transfers. Report any suspicious activities immediately.
4.履行离校报备手续。寒假离校外出，要把个人去向及联系方式告知辅导员、舍友、同学、家长，并务必保持通讯工具畅通；参加勤工助学、社会实践、求职择业等活动须获得学校和家长同意，谨防传销、邪教等非法组织诱骗。
4. Follow campus-leaving procedures: When leaving campus for the winter break, inform your instructor, roommates, classmates, and parents of your whereabouts and contact details, ensuring that communication tools are operational; obtain the approval by both the university and parents for participation in work-study programs, social practice, job seeking, and other activities. Be wary of illegal organizations such as pyramid schemes and cults.
5.遵守学校管理规定。寒假留校的学生，要遵守学校各项管理规定。外出锁好宿舍门窗，保管好自己的贵重物品；注意用电安全，离开宿舍及时断电，不在宿舍乱拉乱接电线，不使用大功率电器、劣质插座和劣质充电器，严防发生冬季火灾。
5. Abide by school rules: Obey all rules of the university if staying on campus during the winter break. Ensure dormitory doors and windows are locked up when going out, and take good care of your valuables; be cautious with electricity usage, disconnect power when leaving the dormitory, avoid improper wiring, and refrain from using high-power electrical appliances and substandard sockets and chargers to prevent fires.
6.做好个人卫生防护。自觉践行“健康第一”理念，当好自身健康第一责任人。坚持良好卫生习惯，防范冬季各类呼吸道疾病，保持健康生活方式，提升健康素养和自我防护能力。回家及返校途中注意个人卫生，做好旅途防护。
6. Ensure personal hygiene and protection: Uphold the "health first" principle and take responsibility for your own health. Maintain good hygiene habits to prevent respiratory diseases, keep a healthy lifestyle, and improve your health literacy and self-protection capabilities. Be mindful of personal hygiene during your travel to and from home, ensuring adequate protection throughout your journey.
