寒假即将到来，银河游戏国际网站全体教师希望大家度过一个安全、愉快、有意义的假期，以下是学校假期安排和给同学们的假期温馨提示。
Dear International students,
The winter vacation is coming, in order to help you have a safe, pleasant and meaningful vacation, here are some tips based on the arrangements of Wuhan Textile University.

放假时间安排
Vacation Period of Time
1、在校学生于2024年1月20日（星期六）放假，2024年2月24日（星期六）返校报到，2024年2月26日（星期一）正式上课。同学们在离校前须于1月20日前提交离校申请表，告知我们假期的去向，以便于学校为同学们提供相应的帮助和支持。
For all students, the period is from January 20, 2024（Saturday） to February 24, 2024（Saturday）Class will start from February 26, 2024（Monday).
All students should submit an application to leave school before January 20,2024.
2、留学生办公室将于2024年1月20日至2月24日放假。2024年2月25日（星期天）正式上班。
The School of International Education Office will be closed from January 20, 2024 to February 24, 2024. It will start working from February 25, 2024(Sunday).

日常管理安排
Daily Management
1、寒假期间，留学生办公室暂停签证办理、证明开具相关服务。2月24日前居留许可到期的同学请于1月20日前来办公室804-14办理居留许可。
During Winter Vacation, the daily services including residence permit, certificates issuing etc. will be suspended. Students whose residence permit expire before February 24,2024 should come to the office of 804-14 of library building to apply.
2.食堂假期停止服务。
Canteen services will be suspended during the vacation.
3、房间维修及热水故障报修请通知门卫大叔。
Please report to the gatekeeper for room maintenance and hot water problems during the vacation.
4、如遇紧急情况或需其他帮助请和银河游戏国际网站值班老师联系
In case of emergency or other circumstances, please contact the on-duty teachers of the School of International Education.

温馨提醒
Reminders
全体国际学生必须遵守中国法律法规和校纪校规。违反国家法律、法令、法规受到公安、司法部门处罚者，视其情节轻重，给予严重警告直至开除学籍处分；尤其是谨防非法打工、签证过期、酗酒闹事、校外住宿扰民等常见违法违纪行为发生。
All international students must comply with Chinese laws and regulations as well as our university’s policies. Any violation of national laws, regulations, statutes will result in legal penalties from the Public Security department and Judicial departments, and based on the severity of the offense, students who commit violations will be given different forms of punishment from a serious warning to expulsion from WTU. Please pay a special attention to the common violations such as illegal working with student visa, visa expiration, causing troubles due to excessive drinking and disturbing others when living off campus.
禁止到周边溪流、湖泊等水域游泳。
Swimming in surrounding streams, lakes and rivers is prohibited.
假期期间，不出入酒吧等场所，不喝酒不酗酒，杜绝各种吸毒贩毒行为。
During the vacation, do not go to places like the bars, do not drink alcohol or have excessive drinking. Any kind of drug trafficking is forbidden.
遵守学生宿舍管理规定。请同学们按时归寝，严禁晚归，严禁翻越围墙，严禁未经允许校外留宿。按时作息，在就寝时间（晚上十一点）后，不得噪音扰民影响他人休息，严禁聚会吵闹。外出锁好宿舍门窗，保管好自己的贵重物品；注意用电安全，离开宿舍及时断电，不在宿舍乱拉乱接电线，不使用大功率电器，不使用劣质充电器，不在宿舍生火做饭，严防火灾。
Obey dormitory regulations. Please return to the dormitory on time, no late return, no climbing over the fence, and no staying off campus without permission. Please keep a good living habit. No noise disturbance to affect the others after bedtime (11pm) and no party noise. When you go out, please lock up windows and door of dormitory, keep your valuable properties properly. Please pay attention to the electricity safety, make sure you have cut off the supply of the electricity when you leave. Do not join the wires and use high-power appliances or inferior chargers, and do not cook in the dormitory so as to prevent fire hazards.
交通与出行安全提醒。遵守交通法规，注意交通安全。不得骑行摩托车和无牌照电动车。电瓶车行驶不超速、不超载、骑自行车不逆行行驶、不闯红灯。离开武汉必须告知LEO老师并提交离校审批表，随身携带有效护照，异地住宿需要24小时内、在当地派出所办理登记住宿。
Traffic and travel safety tips: Please abide by all traffic laws and regulations and make sure the traffic safety. Riding motorcycles and unlicensed electric vehicles is not permitted. Do not overspeed or overload. Do not drive in reverse or run red lights. When you leave Wuhan, you must inform Sir LEO and submit the application form for leaving campus. Make sure you take your valid passport with you. To stay in other places, you should go to the local police station for registration within 24 hours.
搭乘电梯安全提醒。乘扶梯时，电梯不能超载，当电梯报警时，应当主动退出，等下一趟再乘。乘坐电梯发生故障时，请及时拨打维修或报警电话，切勿惊慌。
Tips when using elevators: When using an elevator, please do not overload. When a warning alarm occurs, it is supposed to exit the escalator quickly and steadily. If a malfunction occurs when using the escalator, please call maintenance or the police, and do not panic.
防盗防骗安全提醒:不要随身携带大量现金，宿舍不留宿外人，外出一定将窗、门锁好。拒绝任何形式推销，严守个人信息。一定保管好个人的有效证件，不要将个人证件借给他人使用，并随身携带有效证件的复印件。
Tips to prevent theft and fraud: Do not carry a lot of cash when going out. Do not let strangers stay in your room. When leaving your room, make sure to lock windows and doors. Refuse any form of sales promotion and protect your personal information. Take care of your personal documents, and do not let others use them on your behalf. Always carry a photocopy of your important documents (e.g. passports).
当前网络诈骗呈多发高发态势，诈骗分子以刷单返利、低息贷款、高回报理财等为诱惑实施诈骗。请您切实提高防范意识，不要轻易相信他人推荐的各种网络“生财之道”，不要轻易点击他人发送的网络链接、安装来路不明的APP，更不要轻易进行转账。网络有风险，上网需谨慎！
The telecom network fruad is frequent at present. They use the temptation of rebates on brushing orders, low-interest loans and high-return financial management to commit fraud. Please raise your awareness of prevention, don't trust all kinds of network "ways to make money" recommended by others, don't click on unknown network links, or install unknown APP, especially don't transfer money to strangers. There is a risk for online transaction. Be alert when surfing the Internet!
